Calorie Second Opinion
So, I looked at an entirely different calculator and it said 1600+ also. So strange. Why have I been going off 1300 for so long? This is still hard to fathom, though. Seems like way too many calories.

Sometimes more is better depending on your activity level! Good news, right?
have you tried sparkpeople.com? you enter your workout routine and they will give a range of calories per day.

Part of my program involves seeing a nutritionist. One of the comments she made was that to determine your ideal calorie intake, you take your ideal weight (mine is 140) and multiple it by 100 (1400) to determine what your daily intake should be. Now, on days that you work out, you should eat more to compensate for that.
